Contact GramCrop

Questions, feedback, and ideas are always welcome — I personally read every message.

Get in Touch

GramCrop is a small, independently run site. There is no support team or ticketing system — just me, Jawad, reading and replying to messages directly. That means you will always get a response from the person who actually built the tool and writes the content.

I typically respond within 1–2 business days. During busy periods it may be a little longer, but every message gets a reply.

What GramCrop Can Help You With

GramCrop is a free, browser-based toolkit for social media creators. The site's flagship tool is the Instagram Image Crop and Compression Tool — it resizes and compresses any photo to the exact pixel dimensions Instagram requires for feed posts, Stories, Reels, and profile pictures, entirely in your browser without uploading the image anywhere. Alongside it, GramCrop offers an Instagram Font Generator (converts text to Unicode font styles for bios and captions), an Image Watermark Tool (adds text or logo watermarks with opacity, rotation, and tiling controls), and a Social Media Aspect Ratio Calculator (the exact image dimensions for every format on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter/X).

GramCrop also publishes practical guides for content creators. The blog covers Instagram growth tactics, YouTube channel strategy, the best times to post on Instagram, how to get more followers organically, which social media platforms pay creators the most, and how different content formats perform across platforms. The guides are written for creators who want accurate, current information — not generic advice recycled from older sources. If there is a topic you have been looking for and cannot find on GramCrop, that is a good reason to get in touch.

Before You Contact: Quick Answers

These are the questions I get most often. If your question is answered here, you will get a faster result than waiting for a reply.

The crop tool is not loading — what should I try?

First, try a hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows/Linux or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac. GramCrop requires JavaScript to be enabled — if your browser has JavaScript disabled or is blocking scripts from this domain, the tool will not initialise. The tool is tested and working on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on both desktop and mobile. If it is still not loading after a hard refresh, try opening it in a different browser and let me know which browser and version you were using when it failed.

Can I request a new format preset or tool feature?

Yes — feature requests are genuinely welcome and most of the improvements to GramCrop have come from user feedback. If you want a format that is not currently in the presets (for example, a specific TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest dimension), or a feature that would make the tool more useful for your workflow, send me a message describing what you need. I cannot promise a timeline, but every request gets considered.

Can I republish or reproduce a GramCrop article?

No — all content on GramCrop is original and not available for syndication or republishing. You are welcome to quote a short excerpt with a link back to the original article, but reproducing full articles (or close paraphrases of them) on other sites is not permitted. If you are writing about a topic that GramCrop covers and want to reference it, a direct link is the right approach.

I found an error or out-of-date information in an article — how do I report it?

Send a message using the contact form or via Instagram, and include the URL of the article and the specific passage that needs correcting. Social media platforms change their features and policies regularly, so some information does go out of date. I take corrections seriously and update articles promptly when they are wrong. If you spotted something that would mislead another reader, I want to know about it.

Is there a GramCrop app I can download?

No — and that is intentional. GramCrop is browser-based by design, which means it works on any device without installation, without permissions, and without taking up storage on your phone. An app would require you to grant camera roll access, manage updates, and trust the app with your photos in a way the browser version does not. The browser-based experience covers everything the tool needs to do. If you are on mobile, open gramcrop.com in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) — it works exactly the same as on desktop.

What to Write About

There is no wrong reason to get in touch. Here are the kinds of messages I receive most often and am happy to hear:

  • Tool feedback — If something about the Instagram image crop tool is not working as expected, or you have an idea for how it could work better, I want to know. Specific feedback from real users is how the tool improves.
  • Content suggestions — If there is a topic you would like to see covered on GramCrop — a particular Instagram feature, a YouTube question, a platform comparison — let me know. Most of the best article ideas come from readers.
  • Corrections and updates — Social media platforms change their features and algorithms regularly. If you have spotted something in an article that is out of date or inaccurate, I appreciate you flagging it. I would rather be corrected than have outdated information sitting on the site.
  • Collaboration enquiries — If you are a creator, developer, or educator working on something that aligns with what GramCrop is about, feel free to reach out and describe what you have in mind.
  • Business enquiries — For advertising, sponsorship, or other commercial discussions, email is the right starting point. Please include enough context in your message that I can give you a useful response.

A Note on Response Quality

I do not use templated responses. When I reply, it is a real reply that addresses what you actually asked. That takes a little more time than an automated acknowledgement, but it is more useful to you and more honest about how this site operates.

If you are contacting me about a technical issue with the crop tool, it helps to include the browser you are using and a brief description of what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. That information usually lets me reproduce the issue and give you a direct answer rather than asking follow-up questions.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
